Can I switch tiers?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Is there an annual billing option?
Yes — annual billing is available for both the Artist Incubator and Creator Fellowship at a 20% discount. You can select annual billing during checkout.
What is the Creator Fellowship application process?
The Fellowship is a curated tier. We review applications to ensure the cohort is the right fit for the level of access and mentorship involved. Most applicants hear back within five business days.
Are courses included in the membership?
Artist Incubator members receive a 30% discount on all courses. Creator Fellowship members receive all courses at no additional cost.
What is the refund policy?
We offer a 14-day refund on your first month of any paid tier. After that, memberships are non-refundable but can be cancelled at any time.
